Nvidia Launches the GTX 980ti
As you’ve probably heard, the 980ti was officially announced and released today. We have had a load of emails from the companies who are making them about how their cards are amazing, but as you can expect with the first wave of cards, most of them are pretty much just reference designs. MSI’s spec sheet is listed below, with their Gaming 6G card at top with a slightly overclocked core and memory. I also tagged on the specs for their 980 and Titan X, to give some comparison. What surprised me was how little the core was cut down (only 200 cuda cores cut off, still 800 higher than the 980) which basically makes the Titan X completely pointless, doesn’t it?
