MSI GS60 Ghost Pro 2QE 4K Review

This thing has the wow factor for sure. With a beautiful PLS Panel spanning UHD (otherwise known as 3840 x 2160), amazing viewing angles and an awesome Steelseries keyboard, what could be wrong right? Well, read on and find out more! This stunning shot (if I do say so myself..) is of the keyboard, with it’s three lighting zones – something I managed to mess up in our GS70 Stealth Pro Review.

Starting with the lid, you’ll find a brushed aluminium (fingerprint magnet) cover, with stylistic grooves which fit nicely into the fierce look of the entire device. Up top you get a shiny MSI logo and an illuminated MSI Dragon logo, which turns on when the device is one and switches off when the device enters sleep or turns off. I like the look of the top cover, although I do have to rub fingerprints off far too often than I would like to.MSI GS60 Ghost Pro 2QE 4K Review.Still003

An overall look at the inner shell reveals the Steelseries keyboard, the UHD PLS panel, Dynaudio speakers and LED power button. We will take a look at the specs of the device later, but know that MSI’s warranty isn’t void if you open the bottom to replace or upgrade any of the components – it is only void if they can prove the work you did caused the damage – which I really like.

Next up is the screen. Obviously the screen is the main feature of the laptop here, so we are gonna have a full page on it!
