So that’s it, the last video of 2019 from me. It’s been a great year, and it’s been an amazing one for tech too, with some stunning releases this year it’s no surprise we had a lot to choose from. Without further ado though, lets award your choices for tech of the year 2019.

First it’s CPU of the year – this one I wasn’t exactly sure on what the result would be – I knew it’d be a Ryzen CPU, but I wasn’t sure which one. The answer is pretty obvious when you know it, which is the most affordable CPU on the list, the Ryzen 5 3600X. Congrats to AMD for shaking up the industry so much this year, and making some amazing CPUs.

Next is monitor brand of the year – this one wasn’t too much of a surprise to me, and was the winner by a very, very healthy margin. It’s AOC for their new, standout monitor, the 24G2U. A 1080p, 144hz, IPS monitor that is well deserving of the win.

Moving onto headset of the year, we have a bit of a surprise win on my end – and again by a healthy margin, the Corsair Virtuoso – a headset I now finally have my hands on and will have a review in the next free weeks!

Then, there is keyboard of the year. This one that’s actually a full tie, between the Wooting two and the Logitech Pro X. This one is a bit of a surprise, but at least on the Wooting two side, it’s well deserved. Hopefully I’ll have my hands on the Pro X to see if it is too!

And finally we have laptop brand of the year, this was close, in fact almost a three way tie kinda close, but it was Asus who just edged out MSI and Acer – who were tied at just 3% less than Asus. Congrats!
